Today, companies largely promote "Capitalism" which benefits Corporate Bosses. In the end, this system is "self sabotaging" and creates it's "own competition". This happens when workers learn the business, leave the company and start a company of their own, just to become the competition of their old company.

Simply put, it's "Network Marketing". Network

taught them repeat the method. This "Method of Operation"benefited all those at the
foundation of the development; "the people". In the case of FCI, it's the fans.

Here is how it works.
Group
Entertainment Marketing or G.E.M. uses a:"5X5 FORCED MATRIX" marketing
structure to drive your sales operation.
When you become an FCI Associate,
you must first, build a team by finding five people/friends to be a part of
your Front-Line Team.
Your
5X5 Matrix is built Five Associates Across and FiveAssociates Deep.
Once you build your five front lineAssociates, you must then place “all additional” Associates under your Five front-line
Associates and anywhere in your down-line within any of your five legs. This
is called: “Spill Over”. Simultaneously, your “Up-Line” is
doing the same by placing Associates under you while creating“Spill Over” under you and your team.
You'll earn override commissions on all your Matrix Customers and Associates when
they purchase products and venues tickets.
Building your team is the way you"Promote" in "Rank" and qualify for increase commissions and bonuses.
Once an Associate is placed on yourSixth Level you’ll begin to earn "Generation Bonuses" from your Sixth Level through Tenth Level.
This process creates the "NEW" "Entertainment Distribution System".
